About Us
The Central Kitchen is the food preparation HUB for Champion's Café, Micro Café, Lunch and Recovery Food Truck & Trailer, and Rickenbacker’s I & II. We have now opened our door for patrons by the use of the Hatco Built-In Locker System. This system conveniently holds multiple hot or ambient to-go food orders with quick and secure access. Customers can arrive, access their specific locker and leave without waiting in lines.
